Contractor

Tips

You should be able to compete on a level playing field when bidding on public works projects. We need your help identifying contractors that you reasonably believe underbid because they will not pay prevailing wage.

How you can help:

  • We want to know when it is impossible for the low bidder to complete the project for their bid amount and still pay prevailing wage.
  • We want to know if you interviewed or hired someone that tells you their former employer did not pay prevailing wage.
  • We want to know any other information that can help find contractors that cheat to gain an unfair competitive advantage.

If you do not know the exact address, please provide anything else that can help us find the project, e.g., street name and nearest cross street, directions to the project, etc.
Optional, you can leave this section blank or provide an alias.
Optional, but helpful if we have follow-up questions. If you want to stay anonymous, create a fake e-mail account with an alias.
Optional, but if you want to talk anonymously, call us directly and dial *67 or use a prepaid cellphone.
