Prevailing Wage Seminar

Know Your Duties and Responsibilities Under the Law

Awarding Bodies and Contractors are invited to attend a FREE Prevailing Wage Seminar co-hosted by the California Labor Commissioner's Office and the Center for Contract Compliance.

The seminar will consist of a general morning session for both Contractors and Public Agencies.  After lunch we will break into two sessions. One for Public Agencies or their representatives. During this session each topic will focus on Public Agency responsibilities. The second for Contractors and other members of the public. During this session each topic will focus on contractor responsibilities.

Every subject will be presented by the California Department of Industrial Relations Labor Commissioner’s Office and is a great opportunity for Public Agencies and Contractors to network, ask questions, and learn from those who know prevailing wage and public works compliance best.
