We inform awarding agencies about contractors who violate the public works laws and assist awarding agencies in obtaining the quality construction for which they contract. We provide verifiable background information on contractors for prequalification purposes. We also assist and counsel agencies with regard to public bidding, labor compliance, prevailing wage and apprenticeship issues.
Additionally, we offer no-fee consulting for individuals or entire departments on issues regarding the Labor Code for public works, certified payroll records, apprenticeship requirements and state wage determinations.
